ps2 keyboard

My ps2 keyboard is not working, ,i only use screen keyboard, what should i do? do you have any recommendation?

The ps2 plug must be loose. Try to tighten it up. Check if the lights on the keyboard are still functioning. If it still doesn't work then just replace the old keyboard. They are sold very cheap nowadays.

I have already purchased a new keyboard and still the same. I have even tried to use the USB plug, then tried to switched it with the mouse but still not working good consistently. Sometimes it's working then all of a sudden it's not functioning again. I have already tried to re-boot my pc, when it opens it's working then gone again...any other ideas?

I already tighten up the ps2 plug but the problem is inside the motherboard the female ps2 plug. I already tried 1 or 2 keyboard but the response is the same no keyboard or error. I tried second option usb keyboard it works only for few minutes then hang up? what should i do? Can you figure out, is it the motherboard?
