Is it good to put PTCs and traffic exchange sites on monetised blogs?

I have a blog and i intend placing some monetised ads on it but i dont know if it will be good enough to place PTCs and traffic exchange sites like Easyhits4u on it bearing in mind that some of these monetised don't accept such. For instance, am aware that adsense strongly rejects such. Although, am not going for Google adsense because of their complex rules. I want to know if sites like Bidvertiser, Infolinks, Adbrite and Kontera will accept? Please, i need your candid professional advice. Thanks
