Trekpay has been holding my Two Payments from October

The First site i have joined online was Trekpay and its really unfortunate that i had to create a discussion regarding the payment issue from trekpay. I have given a wrong Paypal email while joining this site.before i could update my account with my verified paypal email they have sent the payment to the wrong one which doesnt exist at all.When i have placed a ticket regarding this issue they asked me to pay $1 so that i they know that i have an verified paypal account and send me the first payment. In october i have reached my first payout of $5.75----and then i have paid $1 for verification---they promised me that they would sort this in 24 hrs. Now i have reached my second payment $5.55 and still they dont answer any of my support tickets and they have disabled payout button in my account and there is no way to contact them. I know that they are legit and they have paid gifts to my frineds too nd i appreciate them for that.i dont mean to cause any disregard to Trekpay and i want to continue with them i appreciate if anyone can help me to contact them so i get to sort this out. I'm 24695 member in there.hope i get to solve this issue and get my payments or any of those trekpay admin or moderators would come accross this and sort this issue.

How unfortunate...Is there any update in this one now? I hope you get paid. This is the only bad thing in trekpay, the contact thing is so precious that you don't see it anywhere

no man,i havent received any reply and the only way to contact them is to place a ticket---which doesnt work with me.this one is taking so much time but i cant do anything either except hoping for the best.

I hope you get your hard earned money soon...sometimes it takes a lot of patience to get the things that is rightfully earned. Good luck on this one, I hope you don't encounter another unexpected thing

I'm sorry that you are having all this trouble with Trekpay. To be honest, this is the first time I have heard of them and I really wish I could help you out. However, if this happened to me I would do two things; the first, I would actually contact Paypal, as I have done this in the past and problems get resolved quickly with them, you never know, they might be aware of Trekpay and may be able to help on your behalf. Secondly, is there such a thing as Trading Standards or something similar you can telephone? They may also be able to give you advice. Hope this helps.

hi sunny.sorry to heard about your problem in trekpay. I didn't have any problem in this site and already received my first payment. And I didn't pay anything to this site to be paid. Contact the admin again and I hope they will fix your problem soon. goodluck!

They are not responding to my support tickets that why i have started this one.I am looking forward for their reply so i get paid the outstanding amount.

Hi Sunny, Very sad to hear about your issues with Trekpay, I am working with this site since long and till now have not faced any issues with payments and infact got paid several times till date. When I was having some doubts I raised the support ticket and it was responded promptly and resolved within couple of days, I would suggest you to raise one more ticket with them giving the reference of old ticket and also see at least if you can get the button enabled for cashout Even if you don't get your first payment at least ask them to sort out the issue with the second one. Hope they respond to your new ticket positively. All the best.

hi babshish,they have responded very fast to my first support ticket and its them who have asked me to sent $1 through paypal and i did that and they displayed an message in my account---that they would sort this out in 24 hrs but they never replied again.the only reason i havent raised any issue any where else was---i thought they would pay me both payments at a time but shocked to see that they have disabled my payout button.i have no other chance to contact them so i have started this discussion so they would know about this and come up with a solution.
