Nice question. But I dont think so. The money will be credited to paypal account. And only paypal may or may not charge you based on what country you are. There are different rates for different countries in paypal. But as far as i have seen the maximum limit for indians is 7000 Rs. So I hope the withdrawal is free for us, since the amount will not go up to that.
