weight loss in a jiffy

hi everyone. i'm really not into going to the gym or exercising or even dieting for that matter, but i've gained so much weight over the holidays and i'm out of ideas on how to shed the pounds off. my friend's sister took pearl white (a weight loss pill) and she really did lose weight. the results were amazing. i just want to know if a lot of you guys would recommend this drug. thanks much! Hi greenishpurple! Is that type of slimming pills have side effects? I think those kinds of pills are dangerous. You should do a research about that pill if its safe or not. I think it could really make you lose weight but many people had felt the side effects of this type of pills after losing weight. I still would recommend daily quick walks or working-out 15-30 mins a day and avoid high calorie foods. Happy mylotting!

hei sachii, thanks. i actually walk from school to the place where i get a ride home.. that's like half a kilometer, i guess.. i lost weight initially, but i guess i reached the plateau stage of my weight loss. i weigh around 70 kgs and i'm 5'6 tall. although my weight seems proportion for my height, but i still feel unhealthy.. the walks are not giving me any results but i do not have time to exercise. huhu.. :(

Hmmm.. how about eating less? It's not dieting I think, just minimizing your cravings for food. They say that most japanese are thin, I think it because we tend to stop eating when we feel that we are about 80 to 90% full. I think eating should make a difference. ^_^

eating less.. whoa that's quite hard to do. ehe... but it will help, i know.. hmmmmmm.... it's true, i eat based on cravings.. ok... and i think i should chew gum to curb the appetite,... thanks sachii...

Hi, greenishpurple. I think the best way of losing weight to do a lot exercises. pills may have effects on your body.
