Children's time in the web

do you control your childrens time in the internet? i have to , and i only allow them 45 minutes - 1 hour on weekends. with their class from 7am-5pm, and tutor in chinese after, and assignments at night, they are sleeping like a pig once their backs come across with the bed

no one control; children from spending time on internet as of now internet is the daily routine work for children they played games online, chat, emailing and looking forward to collect notes from internet to complete their assignments
