Utilbux is scam

Previously, I have discussed about its more ads and mylotter friends asked that it is scam or not. I reached my minimum payout today and requested my payout. But message Appeared that:
Unable to Send payment
Sorry, we couldn't send your payment - try again later.

Hi buncails,
You are absolutely right.Utibux is a scam site.So,we must be very careful while joining any program.
No doubt there are many legit sites too in this industry.
I am working for some sites which are paying me regularly.If you have any good programs than please tell me as i would like to add as many legit programs in my list as possible.

yeah utilbux is a scam. actually flashbux, wavebux, and utilbux are the same owner. i rented and paid $4.20 in wavebux and i reached the minumum cashout but the same message with you. UNABLE TO SEND PAYMENT!!!!!!! grrr!! the name of the admin is LUCAS!! no doubt LUCAS is SATAN haha
