chocolate carmel latte

When I lived in Louisiana there was a little coffee shop called "House of Java." They made the perfect "chocolate caramel latte." I have looked for one like it everywhere with no success. Finally I found a similar one at Starbucks but it's just not the same! At Starbucks they can make a mocha latte and add caramel and it's almost close! What's your favorite drink that you just can't find anywhere else?

You might like the Caramel Coretto that they serve at Second Cup.
I love their mocha lattes, and I love the mocha lattes at a little local place called Capistrano. Second Cup mochas are the same at all Second Cup locations (but they're only in Canada so I miss them when I travel) but Capistrano mochas can only be found at Capistrano, and there is only one, and that one is here in Guelph.
