Goodbye Imeem, please burn down MySpace. Any Imeem alternatives?

Does anyone see that the takeover of Imeem by MySpace was just nothing but knocking down the competition rather than utilizing their resources to make their company better? I think its horrible to see how Imeem went down without much of a fight seeing the kind of products they had to offer for the public. Especially when they accepted the deal on the table, which was just a mere one million dollars and just resulted in a majority of their staff getting laid off. I know this news is old but I'm still steaming about how MySpace couldn't at least utilize their platform for their own website rather than literally destroying it instead. For those who like to listen to music streaming online, does anyone know any good Imeem substitutes? I personally listen to streaming radio now a days through Winamp and other local radio websites.

my space is just sad... They've had their cheap 15 minutes and it's almost pathetic that they have to draw attention back to themselves by taking over another site. I agree with you that they are just knocking down competition. I personally really like facebook.
