Hello everybody, Few days ago I've read an article about how music affets our life. It said that symphony or classic music makes you less stressful etc, or sounds of nature relax your nerves. But what about heavier music? To most people, it is related with bad things, due to violent lyrics (not in all cases), noisy guitar sounds and so on. Does rock/metal only make you angry or it also can give benefits? For me, such music can even relax despite the fact that it's played loud and all other people describes it as noise. What is your opinion about it? Mindaugas.

I don't think music influences kids, but the way their parents raise them to be. I know lots of people who are VERY NICE (the type of nice you go WOW) and they listen to heavy metal, I mean Pantera type of heavy and that has nothing to do.

Nooo, I grew up listening this genre of music and I'm not bad haha. Your personality is not created by that you listened. Even some bands poses like bad guys don't mean that you have to be bad to. It is a matter of opinion for me, if you want to be bad, you will be.
