Falco too rigged in melee?

My friends and I play SSBM very so often, and every time we play, my friend who uses Falco wins. He does all these combos and pillars that really tick me off. I enjoy playing the game a lot, but he can make me hate the game sometimes. Do you guys have friends who's skilled with Falco? If so, do they often win and leave you angry at them?
