Do you ever act immature for your age?

I'm 16 and I'm in grade 11, but I sometimes act as though I'm only a 10 year old. I mainly act like this with my friends because this is our way of getting along. With strangers and new people I meet, I try to tone it down, but occasionally I will make a joke or two in hopes of making some laughs and making the other person feel comfortable. I think it's part of my personality and is what makes me unique and different. Some might think I'm weird, while others are exactly like me. How about you?

I'm 29 and my mom is constantly asking me "Aren't you getting too old for that?" I don't think you're ever "too old" for anything. If, at 50 you still enjoy the same activities you did at 18, then go for it. I think that a 50 year old trick or treating on their own without any kids is probably not going to get a whole lot of candy but yay to them for trying it!

I think your mom just can't believe how fast your growing up. In a few months I'm turning 17 and that to me is like wo. As time goes by things will start changing and people will move on in different directions. I believe however, somethings will never change.

You keep doing what you do best....make people laugh and feel comfortable. I am 46 years old and I must admit...sometimes my friends and I act like we are 18 again.lol......laughing will keep you young forever. And if you can make someone else smile during a day then that is a great deed!!! Remember never fail to laugh at yourself....that's the best part. Good luck little one and never change.
