delighting customers..

of course, to delight a customer, he should be more than satisfied. and to delight a customer, quality should be provided.. Quality, its everything now in our world. without it, your product or service will not be bought or patronized. So, guys, share some experiences or ideas on how to further improve quality in manufacturing and in service. we have learned much in our subject but i would like to know more about other people. =))

I don't know if it's the quality or those people who try to make profit on us without realizing our satisfaction. I have to say frankly that the Internet connection is not as slow as you complain. You can see that there are many internet cafe that provide very high speed connection. In Thailand, 56kbs is used for free already because nobody want that speed anymore. They can just open any webpage without waiting the page displays anymore. The last time I played internet in thailand, in my friend's house. So if it's the quality then why the Internet connection is not slow for the whole country? And I don't think 1000 peso per month is worthy at all for the poor signal which always get better only few days after technical support came to the house.

yes, maybe the price you are paying for has something to do with the quality you get. you pay more, you get better quality. But it should not be the case, service providers should still provide service at lowest possible price but of a high quality.
