when you eat somewhere do you complain

when you go eat somewhere do you complain about the quality of the food and ask for a refund or get something else becasue i do not do that unless it tates abnormal or its really cold but rarely happens. like i had a friend who try something new and if didn't like it he said he didnt like it and return and get something else.
at what point do you complain about the food or service becasue i have never had rude service

yes, I complain if the food which I order too long since we came first, but the food is give to other people who the last come. This indeed sounds very annoying because we ever being disappoint by their service. Finally, we find a better place than to wait a long time there was never well served.

i think that has happened to me and my family but it was becasue we had a big order so i understood but my didnt she thought that they were still taking long to get our food. when i eat at a fast food like BK in the morning i wold order a whopper and they would take long to make that.

I only complain when there's something which is not right about their service or their food.But it rarely happen because I ate at restaurants or fast foods that have good quality service.Sometimes I befriend the crews so that the next time I come back they will know that I'm one of their valued customer.I've encountered customers who shout or even throw the food that they order in front of the crew because of bad service or there's something wrong with the delivery and I've felt bad for the crews because sometimes they we're really frozen because of embarrassment.The last time I've complained was when I order a cheeseburger from one of the famous fastfood in our area.It's for take-out/to-go so I didn't mind to check on my burger.I'm so hungry that when I arrived home I open my cheeseburger only to find out that there's no burger patty instead there's only cheese and mayo.I was really pissed-off but still remain calm for it will just add hunger to my empty stomach. I call their branch and file my complain.The good thing is the manager asked for apology and asked my address so that they can deliver the cheeseburger directly at our home.After 15mins the delivery arrived and it is full-packed with different food from the store.Still I was grateful with their service and thank them for extra credit.

i had a sister and a friend who both worked in fast food places and they said some customers are really rude like you said they throw the food back or something like that they yell and swear. they told you cannot talk back or say anything to the person who did that to you because you will get fired

well if the food is supposed to taste like that and i just didn't like it i dont complain i just feel a little upset cuz i feel i wasted my money. but if i find hair strand or other things that makes it gross then i will definitely complain to the highest level

I've never complaining about the taste unless the chef was serving a damaged food, luckily it never happened, lol. I only complain when the food are not well cooked because I hare rare meat. I also complain if they put too many pepper or chilli in my kid's meal, because I always order not to. Always said thanks when they serve something and leave a small tip when check out.
