CPCs are back on GPT Websites, start making money again!

So I now noticed that the cpcs are back on GPT websites. The two that they are back on that I noticed are SimpleGPT and CrownGPT. There are only 18 of them but you can still make good money off them. Now to keep them on these sites make sure you guys only do them on one site. What I do is do offers on one gpt website and do the cpcs on a different gpt website. So everybody start joining these or if you are already a member of these websites start doing the cpcs again. On these sites they offer from $.03 to $.05 per click so you can really make some good extra money.

I wonder how I can get involved with those with my new GPT site. 
Any ideas? Or do they usually just look for a site with x number of members?
