Shortcuts in life?

As a human being, I think life challenges you everyday by throwing obstacles at you. There are no shortcuts but only a straight path that you can follow. In order to pass, you must work hard and think of ways to go around these obstacles that block your way. From time to time, some motivation is required to keep you moving, however, there are no shortcuts unless you are one of those lucky few who win the lottery.

I think that there are shortcuts in life. People tend to get lazy and create shortcut in many things like abbreviation and shortcut keys, and of course in life too. But for some shortcuts at the moment to decide if you should take it then at the end of the road be prepared to face the consequences.

That is so true. Constantly taking shortcuts can lead you to a road block or perhaps even being punished for doing so. Only take shortcuts when it's necessary, don't do it when you're not supposed to.

Hi, I believe life is full of mystery and people achieve success in life through various ways. There are many opportunities out there to be grabbed, and with the world focused on materials more than humanity in today's life, it is not impossible if many people are trying to use shortcuts in order to succeed. I personally feel that shortcuts are not wrong, especially where nowadays there are many legal shortcuts available to us. For example, a girl who knows how to sing well can straight away become a popular singer if she joined the American Idol and selected as the final contestant. She doesn't even have to win because once she is selected as a finalist, she is already famous and many people want to use her to get the benefits. I think that's what reality shows are doing nowadays - providing shortcuts for the lucky ones.

I know what you mean tangurmammama, you're not the first one that had thought of that. i've noticed that couple years back, and i've finally realized that things will work out eventually. And even with shortcuts there you would still have to work for things you want.
