News says that New Jersey now passed a law, bill, or whatever it is to legalize marijuana. This is only for New Jersey residents. If you have a New Jersey doctor but live in the doctor you do not benefit from this. There is a limit as to how much can be prescribed per month. Do you think this is a good move? Are you for or against marijuana legalization? This can really help a lot of people. But some may abuse it. What are your thoughts?

Yeh, this would be a bill making it legalized for medical purposes. there are a number of states here in the U.S. that permit this. It is a bit controvertial because the federal laws still prohibit it and it has caused some wars of words between the states and the federal government. You see, by our constitution, the federal government does not in fact have the authority to regulate this, it is beyond their scope, but they have enforced the ban in spite of it being unconstitutional. But enough states have defied the federal laws against it so that the federal justice department has pretty much given up enforcing the ban on medical use., it is just too much to enforce now, they can't stop it.
