Yawning Through Your Nose

I have a habit of yawning even when I'm not sleepy. They just happen randomly throughout the day and I can't control it. It can get awkward when you feel a yawn coming out while you are talking to someone. They might think that I find them boring. I try my best to hold it in by keeping my mouth shut and yawn through my nose, but my face just gets all twitchy and weird which makes it even more embarrassing. How do you deal with this kind of situation?

I kind of use the same tactics as you do, but it's pretty hard to hide yawning, so I usually release this. Sometimes I yawn so much in a row that it makes my eyes go wet, I wonder if you're experiencing the same?:D

My eyes do this too. They get teary when I yawn. Sometimes I get long yawns that makes my mouth stay open for a long time, I get scared it won't stop.
