In this day and age it is almost inevitable that more and more females are shouldered with the responsibility of juggling multiple roles.. in the family as the sole caretaker as well as in the corporate world as a super employee. So given such demanding roles how do the working mums keep up with excel in being a superwoman who not only manages the household well but also climbs the corporate ladder as swiftly as her male counterparts?

It has to be a delicate balance. Most important part of that is to have a job that you enjoy because if your work stresses you out too much then you will not be able to handle the duties of being a mom. Another thing women should do is rely on their family to help out. If there are teens in the house then they should be responsible for helping with some of the daily chores. I know my two boys are responsible for washing their own clothes and helping with the dishes. The oldest one drives so he helps out by going to the dump. Working moms are responsible for being superwomen but they also need to remember that they have side kicks to help them out.
