It wasn't THAT easy...

Today, my colleague and I, both Program Chairs, will be presenting to seniors of our high school department. We were tasked to present the courses our department offers. I noticed that the other representatives did not have an easy time holding the attention of the audience. When our turn came, there were more senior high school students who were doing something else. Not even their coordinators can do anything about their behavior. Well, the morning session is over. In an hour, we are about to hurdle the afternoon group.

it really is not easy to catch the attention of people nowadays. i for one have a difficult time getting the attention of my 3 years old daughter when she's totally glued to the tv. but i have tricks up my sleeve for her. sometimes i offer her something in return for her to obey me. that thing maybe a day out with me in the park, she likes to play in the swing kasi. i guess for high school students, you must be enthusiastic and energetic all the time for getting their attention.

How did the afternoon group go? Students at that age can be so rude and disrespectful.
