When its time to buy wordlinx referrals?

Hi, As far I know, every month on fifteenth day(that's today), they sell referrals to its members. I was checking for a while, but still no sign of showing the packages. Is it finished or not available till now. Before by this time of day, they were usually available. Do anybody know about today's situation? Happy mylotting..
