How to convert a partial torrent downloaded video to a playable form?

I saw somewhere that I can't remember or find now some software or technique to make a partils download of a torrent video into to one that would play what had been downloaded up to where the torrent stopped or failed. Anyone know where to get the tools or how to do it? Thanks.

Yea i know about those it really sucks when you waited the whole day with slow internet and very less seeds to download a torrent file and then it just stopped because of some stupid reason.I never tried any of these methods cause i stopped downloading from torrents as my slow internet i switched to other sites for downloading videos etc but here is something i digged up the internet for your problem hope it helps check the below link please http://forum.videohelp.com/topic293355.html
