Biking is good activity. Sometimes I would like to have a short journey by bike on weekend. We can go to country or river. On the road we can see more beautiful scene. When we see some beautiful scene we can stop at once. So we do not feel tired. Of course when we go back we feel a little tired. It is no problem. We can not only enjoy beautiful scene, but also keep fit. How about you? Do you ever try a short journey by Bike?

I used to do lots of cycling when I was in my late twenties to mid thirties. I had to cycle to work six miles away. I rode my bike along picturesque country lanes and along quiet cycle paths. At the weekend I used to take my bike on a day out. I would cycle into Canterbury then take my bike on the train out to the Viking Cycle Path along the Kent coastline. I used to cycle from Dover to Deal too. I used to cycle to the supermarket and put my shopping in my saddle bags. I cycled home along the Pilgrims Way. It was picturesque with some hills and it was surrounded by green fields. Now my bike is in my garden shed. I can't go off cycling now that I have a disabled toddler son and a baby girl. If I got a trailer I would have anywhere to store it. I miss going off cycling. My toddler son won't ever be able to ride a bike.

Yes kevinll, travelling in bike is really exciting, I have travelled to even some long distance for non stop 2-3 hrs by bike with my husband. Sometimes it is very tiring but if the weather and traffic is okay then it is really very exciting. Have a good day.
