Do you believe in ghost?

I've heard lots of accounts of people experiencing otherworldly phenomenon like seeing ghosts. Take my friend for example, last christmas he told me that he saw a lady dressed in white floating in mid-air on his way home, he was of course, drunk at that time. Did he really see what he see, or was it just a product of his alcohol induced mind? I'm really reluctant to believe such phenomenon. I'll believe it only and only if I saw one for myself.
