I really feel for the people of hati. I feel bad for all the lives that were destroyed in the earth quake and all of the houses and building that crashed to the ground. My heart goes out to the families that lives were ruined in such a tragic event. I am glad for the people who survived and hope they will be ok. I hope more people reach out to those in need. Earthquakes are horrible tradgities on earth that take lives and homes and leave people devestated. I hope there are alot of prayers going out to the people of hatis. I wish everone the best of luck in these hard times.

Firstly, it's Haiti...lol Yes it is an awful thing that has happened but it is an unpredictable thing that mother nature causes and many many places are built on these fault lines where the techtonic plates shift. The loss of life is terrible but what can anyone do if people insist in building in these areas and remember it is buildings that kill people, not earthquakes. I also find it odd how all the wealthy countries suddenly want to donate money....the uk has pledged 6 million pounds!! big deal!!! thats 10p from every person in the uk. What a measly sum!
