Does anybody here know what is its meaning? I really would like to know because it appears so many times in life, everywhere i look all the time.

i think 11 is a very big number according to indian traditions caz i've heard that its used in many shastras and holy books of hindus and also in the hindu tradition, we give Rs.11 for shagun and stuff....

Well, in Pythagorean numerology 11 is a master number, combining the properties of 1 and 2 (1+1=2). It's very schizophrenic, because it combines unity and duality, leadership and cooperation, etc. It can signal a new enlightenment, but at a disruptive cost.
