Where is easier to earn money? China or abroad?

Dear Mylotters, i am a Chinese man. I am thinking about the question: where is easier and practical for me to earn money (higher than Chinese salary), China or abroad? I have some higher education but not much working experience. I am a freelancer doing English-Chinese translation. How can be I richer in China? How can I be richer abroad?
