Do you get Headache after Sleeping for few hours? / myLot

I usually get headache after sleeping for few hours lets say 3-4 hours. What I usually do is to sleep again and if it get worst, I'll take my paracetamol which is effective for me. Do you also experience the same thing? What do you do?

Yes some time my headache is started few hours after sleeping it means if my sleeps is break and then hard to sleep again then headache is start. But not daily.

Hi,maria.I always get headache after sleeping this days.I guess there is some wrong with my head now.I always have a lot of dreams ,not matter how much I sleep.And when I wake up,I feel like my head is going to explose.It's really terrible,I am crazy for this now.
