Brush tooth

Friends, I just want to know whether you brush tooth every night before sleep. I myself do this every night, because I think clean body and fresh mouth will make me sleep well all the night. Best wishes,

Hello atleya, for me, brushing of teeth before bedtime is more of a hygiene concern than wanting to feel fresh and clean. It has become a daily routine for me. I have inculcated this habit into my children as well at young age.

I brush my teeth every night before going to bed. We were taught to do that since we were kids. But there are times when I go get a midnight snack or something, and I don't brush my teeth again after that.

I brush my teeth twice a day.first when i wake up in the morning and then before going to sleep.Its better to sleep with a good smelling mouth cause it makes me feel fresh when i wake up
