If you see $10 giving website?

If you see that one site giving $10 per click. then what will you do? Will you sign up there? Or will you ignore that?If you then why?

I never signup for these kind of sites because they are a waste of one's time and efforts. Then again they might just steal your personal data from your computer. I'm real leery over website that promise untold profits, a red flag should always rise when you see some site promising something that can't be true. ...
