Are you Careless Driver?(referring to those who have driving licenses but seldom have opportunities to practise their skills because they don't have their own cars or they are not dare to drive.) I am learning driving these days. But I find I am tense when I drive on the road especially in the crowded street. The city I live has heavy traffic problem. The streets just like a huge parking lot in rush hour. So I take subway as much as possible. I am indeed a Careless Driver, and you?
