I think frozen food is not as bad as canned food. In fact, I think it is almost as good as "real" food. If I only ate real food, I would have to eat only what grows in my yard. But now you can eat fruits from many lands because the fruits are procesed. I love to cook and I try to use the real ingradients. But not all of them are available at the same time. That´s why I use canned tomatoes for my sauces and canned una for my tuna salads.

yes, i do agree with you. only a little percentage of the world population can get their hands on real fresh food. i think that is why multivitamin tablets came about. but we have to be realistic and if we can't get our hands on real, fresh food then those canned and refrigerated foods would do just fine. it's not that far off from toiletries that we use: some shampoos can be had in it's pure form as in using the bark of a coconut tree. but for ease of use and in saving time who still uses that nowadays? baking soda for the underarms: who uses that now? it's messy so we opt for the one that is baking soda in hard form (of course with a little bit of chemicals to retain that form) in arm and hammer deodorants. clothes should be tailor made for us for we are all different but who can afford that? no one. that's why we make do with ready to wear .

Canned goods for me are for emergency needs only but since i always have plenty of time to prepare and cook food, i prefer eating the real food because it is healthier.
