unrequited love

Better to stick with your present bf... It's a waste of time to hope for the return of your love from your hi-school friend...

I would probably wait for awhile but I believe life is short and there are alot more things out there than just love. I think once you can live with the fact that it just isn't meant to be and start to move on you would be surprised at how quickly someone else of interest may come around.

First off, does the person know how you feel about him? I think that once you have talked to each other and know how everything stands, then you'd feel better about it and be able to move on with your life with or without him depending on how he feels about you and your feelings for him. I also feel bad for the person you're with now and hopes that he is able to understand you whatever may happen or whatever you may decide on. I wish you the best of luck and happiness :)

generally ,love is a two persons'issue .u love ur high schoolmate ,but he seems not to love u back as more than a friend.i am a boy ,i have the same situation as urs.i love a girl who was my classmate at grade 1 in high school .now we are in different schools ,but i always miss her.the difference point from u is i havent fallen with any girls in university.i seem to wait her ,but i dont kown whether she loves me or just recognizes me as a brother.i think we should confide our feelings to the one we love.we are just short of courage.
