Somebody told me that I have a problem. They said that i dwell within my own sadness. I started thinking. Did i just continually think about my sadness / negative influences on my life or was i depressed. I started thinking. We all know what helps with thinking right? THD. after some substance abuse i started thinking again. If depression/sadness is only an emotion and state of mind, that means i can change it. That means everyone can change it. So why would somebody be sad if they KNOW they can change it? Do people enjoy sadness? So do you think that we all subconsiously recognize people's uncaring and unintrest in your life so we can kind of dwell on bad/negative things so we can have an actual connection to another person? Maybe im just really high, so lets hear it guys and galls. Whats your opinion?

Yeah, sometimes we can not avoid sadness in our life. It is normal. This is world. Happiness and sadness will fill in our life. But, you may not stay in sadness too long. It will make you depression. You must find solution on your problem. And forget it soon. Also Positive Thinking is also required. When you think positive, you will get positive result. Hope this share with you. Have a good day.
