I found out the best system ever..it is so cool..and you can see the results after one week..You have to workd dam hard..but..only 2--max 3 times a week and max 30 min / workout..sounds good?? YES IT DOES..Using this system, you have more time whit you family, whit your friends..your lover..who ever..Downsite is, you gonna miss the hot chiks that you see in the gym..You wont be, and you dont need to be there that often anymore..and in oder this system to work, you must not work out that offten anymore..cool..and the most inportant, this dam system..WORKS...:)

yes, it is true, doing less to gain more is acceptable if you've been working out (lifting) for more than 24 weeks, but remember you need to keep the variation to bet the stubborn plateau and meet you goal, do periodization (high volume = low volume with proper form of execution), have well tailored diet (depending on your physique goal) and have enough rest/recovery...

Eating all what you can see! Even not tasty food but with some proteins! I really like to eat a lot of steaks or chikens!

oh my.. I have read the entire topic .. three times. did not understand what you seem to promote. here in mylot, most of the users, at least those like me, try to make as much as possible, through grazing, and gazing around topics. ... and, if you cannot grab the attention in your first few lines of the topic.. it will be very tough to retain them, and make friends with them.
