speaking in a big crowd is big problem for some person. despite ample preparation, self conditioning still it cannot be avoided. i have friend who is a good singer but she has a problem about stage fright that whenever she performs in a big crowd she cannot control herself and cracks down her voice. any suggestion to dispel her fear? do you have stage fright? how do you handle it?

I have stage fright plus I hate talking in front of a large crowd. Many actresses and actors have major stage fright. I have always heard that if you stand in front of a crowd to talk, sing or act to imagine the audience is naked. I don't have a position to have to talk in front of a crowd and I'm happy that I don't have too.

Hi there rosey19! I do not have stage fright. With the kind of work I do, it would be weird to feel uncomfortable in front of a big audience. I have always been engaged in activities where I am exposed to a lot of people. I think I am just used to it. Having confidence is important. Moreover, getting used to it is definitely helpful.

face your fears. that's the key. she has to get used to it so that being on stage won't bother her anymore. easier said than done eh? yeah coz i have the same problem lol and im thinking of signing up for personality development program.
