today,I reached the cashout limit of $2,but I am only a basic member,then I choose to cashout my earning,so I click the button of requesting money,but I failed to cashout,there only shows that "there is an error with cashout".so I just ask your help,why I can not cashout.Is there some limits with basic member of request earnings.thanks a lot.

They had a problem in paypal and they are hoping that member will help by sending email to paypal to open their account again. I've been trying to cashout for almost 3weeks now then when I send them a ticket regarding this,that what they answered me. You can cashout through alertpay but you must wait for the server to reset. I hope they resolved this issue sooner.

the minimum payout in palmbux is $2. try to send a support ticket on their site. or read the forums. maybe their is some problems on their site right now.
