You need to earn $10 in a month (if you don't, your earnings carry over into the next month).
Once you hit that minimum, they send you your money, via paypal, around the 15th of the following month.
For example, those of us who hit the minimum in October were paid on November 14th.

You have to have a paypal account and they pay you there. From there it is up to you. You can use it for on-line purchases or can actually request the money to be put into your own bank account, from where you can withdraw it.
