Hello fellow-lots, It's interesting when you come to a stage where you just want to work-at-home or perhaps be your own boss for a reason. I'm sort of into a period of juggling family life and work at the moment. Have been searching online for almost a couple of months now to find a decent paid work-from-home, but all those that I read are mostly scam-type of work. A couple of times that I've made payments for data entry work and never got any assignments sent to me. Instead of getting paid, I'm paying others for nothing. So dear fellow-lots, are there anyone out there who can really help me and maybe who are actually working for a reliable and reputable companies that do hire people for 'work-at-home' job (it has to be a worldwide job opportunity and not just restricted within a certain country, e.g. USA and/or Canada only, but also outside of these countries) and you're paid for the work you do. I do know that there must be at least a few companies that offer these sort of job that we can earn at least $50-100 per day, maybe from undertaking an assignment, typing-work or proof-reading work. Would anyone be able to give me a lead? Thank you.

I work at home as a Medical Transcriptionist and I do make decent money, but I did end up having to go to school and get a certification of completion from a reputable school in order to get the job. I took an online course through Everett Community College, who has an excellent course for MTs that is approved by the AAMT and most online jobs will be happy to give you a chance after taking the course. The whole thing took 9 months and it was the best step I have ever taken. There is also a site called homejobstop.com where I have gotten other jobs that do allow you to work from home. A lifetime membership to the site is somewhere around 30$, but all jobs are legit and they do pay.

Well, it's possible but you have to be lucky and find the right thing. I have a friend who was hired to work from home in the maintenance of a website, and he was doing some good earings with that. Good enough to leave the other job and only concentrate in that one. Unfortunately I can't guide you on that, as I don't know the secret to get a good work at home

Sure, I can help you. Number one, you should never pay for a job, ever. Only businesses usually want an upfront payment. I'll give you a couple of sites you can check out, and I have NO AFFILIATION to these sites, I just check them for work-at-home jobs. One is called...www.wahm.com and the other is www.ratracerebellion.com, and they are both great sites for information. You need to join the wahm site, but it's free to do so, and then you can read the forums and get advice if you want. Or, you can just read them. Most of the people there work at home, or at least make money on the net. There are many categories to read, with legitimate jobs. Alot are telephone work, but there are some which are not. If you like to write, I also work for Textbrokers for extra cash. You can check their site at www.textbrokers.com and get more information. Good luck!

Hello. I don't know whether such kinds of jobs really do exist or not. This is the reason I have created an account on myLot. I hope so.

In my opinion, work at home is challenge. To earn more, we have to practice our skills from time to time. To keep up with the world, we had better keep a curious glance and a clear head for many things all the time. Do not overthrew by failure, just try, then you will gain a lot of experience from every choice.
