My greatest stressor is finishing a job on a deadline. I get stressed a lot when I have a lot of things to finish and then there's a task given to me with a deadline. It sometimes makes me feel lazy to go to work and being asked by my boss If I'm done with the task she gave me. I know it is my job to finish the task but because I also have other regular stuff to accomplish I sometimes feel like the 8 hours is not enough to finish all the tasks. I sincerely understand that it really needs to be done since it is part of our business to get things done on time or else the business will not succeed and my boss hired us to help her accomplish that. But sometimes I guess we really need to other people in the workforce where we can delegate the task to make sure everything is taken cared of. I have found ways to manage this stressors. Being fast, accurate and take extra hours overtime to finish other tasks. But because my work is graveyard it is really hard to extend more hours because my body and eyes are giving up already. I am so sleepy that I can't go beyond 8 hours. But, I really want to do better than that. My boss just gave me a raise and I have to prove her that I deserve it. How about you guys, what's your greatest stressors?

Since I was laid off from my last job, I've not found another one. I think my greatest stressor is just trying to earn online to help my husband with the bills. Don't get me wrong, we get them paid on time and are able to pay more on one bill we have so we can pay it off. However, I just feel stressed that I can't bring in more money. My plan is to get atleast $100.00 in paypal and then on one of the week's my husband doesn't get paid, I will cash the money out of paypal and to the bank, that way we have a "boost" of income. I can't make that much without getting soo stressed, and I've not actually made that much in one month online. I also get stressed by a deadline, and since there is technically a deadline here on mylot every month, I tend to start getting stressed by the end of the month when I am not happy with my earnings. This month I am happy because nine dollars of the earnings was carried over from last month, so I've got a good amount. Still, there's room for improvement. I hope you can get the money you need for your daughter's schooling.

Thanks a lot... We can do it. I hope you get a new job soon.. It's really hard not having one. That is why even though I am so stressed with my present job right now.. I still hold on because I know I need it. Thank you so much for responding. i really appreciate it...

In the past, I have quit jobs because they were stressors, then I got the megaload of all stressor type jobs, and now I realize the ones before that job were really a lot better then the job I had. The job I am talking about, I was a banquet server for two hotels and a convention center in another county. I would work 12 hour shifts, if not more, at a time. The clothes I had to wear I didn't like either. I've only had one other job since that job. I hope you can find a better suited job though, or a better suited position, though I know you got a raise, and I know that makes it so much more worth it.
