I love ginger and garlic as spice in my everyday cooking. The food is delicious. In traditional Chinese medical science, ginger can dispel the pathogenic cold and garlic can prevent virus.

I use lemon grass and ginger plus lots of onions on my soups, oh! it tastes heavenly! I always do this when someone in the family catches colds and flu. I also add some beef and cabbage for a delicious soupy beef and vegetables.

Hi, Cheiyen. I use garlic seasoning in my foods when I cook. I will use this on my chicken. I think that I may have lemon grass in on my seasonings. But, I don't know which one that it is in. But, I have never bought lemon grass seasoning just alone though. I don't have ginger as an seasoning alone either. I do have plenty of ginger tea though.
