Discrimination?

O.K. So yesterday I saw a sign in the window that
said Hiring Day Time Waitress Needed so I decided to go in
and ask if they were still hiring it was a Vietnamese girl and it
was a vietnamese restaraunt. She told me we only looking for young vietnamese
girl for working here. Do you or would you find this discriminating? I thought
that was against the law? And most people say I look very young for my age.I just don't get it.
