Sometimes I have deep breath, I do it naturally. It's helpful for me, especially in press or nervous. At the beginning I don't have deep breath on purpose, even if I do some exercise I don't how to adjust my breath naturally. After practicing yoga I know it is good for relax. It also can help me sleep. So I can make deep breath on purpose. How about you? Do you make deep breath on purpose?

I have read articles before on the benefits of deep, diaphragmatic breathing. It is deemed to be the correct way to breathe, the way to longer life and better health. I practice meditation on a regular basis. To prepare for meditation, I will do some deep diaphragmatic breathings to quieten my mind. After which, I will just breathe normally and focus on the inhalations and exhalations. At the end of the session, I feel really rejuvenated.

I make deep breaths 3-4 times a day. My PE teacher tells me that it's good for your health because it helps make your blood flow, reduces stress, and relieves pain and aches. Keep it up!
