With the general plots and flats this magnificent building's price also fells down. In 1972 by the design of an Irish architect the 55 thousand squire feet house of the US President was built on 18 acres of land. The price of the President's residence has been fallen by 5.1 percent. Approximately $308000000 valued in 2009, now the price of this Residence come down to $292500000. But I think this is only academic matter. General people have no concern about the price of the residence of the President.
