Wrinkles, sagging skin, uneven skin tone, enlarged pores, dryness, dull skin and age spots. These are all sign of aging or somtimes a skin problem even we are still youngs. Do you experienced this? hi there, some skin experts suggested to drink a lot of water everyday that flushes away body toxic leading to glowing skin. Always have at least 8 hours of sleep. Avoid too much stress, too long sun exposure, pollution, caffeine, smoking, and chemicals that can irritate skin. Always use sun screen with UV protection with at least SPF15 that helps in preventing skin damage and premature aging. Always moisturized and eat healthy foods especially fruits and vegetables that are a very good source of skin vitamins. Some also says that drinking 3-6 cups of green tea a day has a lot of health benefits and makes skin look young.
