After a tiring day at work or an assignment-filled day in school or a heated argument with your loved one, what is the one comfort food that will instantly perk you up? I reckon ice cream, chocolates, french fries score the top notch on the board for many. Especially chocolates which are said to release happy hormones aka endorphins into the body system to bring a big smile on the face. So what is your favourite comfort food?
