Do u swim in winter? / myLot

I havent ever and maybe will never swim in lake in winter. I even donnt dare to take shower with tap-water in winter,much less swim in frozen water....... Is that really good for health and improve constitution of body?First of all,it's hard to start for me

If you mean swimming outside and not in the pool, then I am not the person to do that. I think it needs much practicing before you're ready to go, you can't just start it right away. I think I would like to try it out, perhaps when going to sauna, so it wouldn't feel so cold when jumping into ice cold water.

Hi, I don't swim in cold water at all during the winter. That is a big no no for me.

Swimming in colder water and freezing climate temperatures can cause one to get very sick with Pneumonia.
