Hi.. I am using Windows XP Pro, when Windows Vista came out, I installed it to my laptop right away. But I got dissappointed, I don't like it. I don't think that Vista is user friendly like XP. So I put back my Windows XP. Now that Windows 7 has been released, I haven't tried it yet. What do you think friends? Do you think Windows 7 is better? Should I install it? What OS do you like best? Please advise. Thanks

I have used windows xp before. Just a few months ago, I bought a new laptop with pre installed windows vista. Well among the two, I find windows xp much better. Just recently I upgraded my os to windows 7 and I have to say that I am totally fascinated by windows 7. It is really great. I love it and I think I'm gonna stick with windows 7.

if you want a good and stable os with no frills attached then go for win xp if you have a powerful system to boast at and you like chic's then go for windows 7 if you like a lot of troubleshooting then go for windows vista :P

according to me windows xp SP3 is good , currently i am using this service abd i love to use that ... but Windows Vista is also good , it has good speed but it doesn't work in all system .. if u want to use windows vista then u have to have good configuration otherwise its not working properly , there are some more requirements for Windows 7 and also for Black edition ... i used windows 7 but i didn't like too much .. so i say in one sentence is " Windows XP " ... love it ..

Currently I think that Windows XP SP3 is still the most stable windows environment. And for Mac the Jaguar X is light years ahead of Microsoft. Then again, can anybody say LINUX???

I have used Windows XP for years. I think that's the most stable OS windows came up with and that's the reason it was so popular and still is. I installed Windows Vista in my laptop a year ago,but I didn't like it for various reasons and I don't think there are many people who like Vista anyway. I also uninstalled it after a few days and switched back to XP again. Now for the past few months I am using Windows 7 and I must say that I like it. It might seem a bit complicated at first as it provides a huge range of options and you can customize it to great extent. The advantages of it over XP lies mainly in its looks(it really looks superb!) and it is much faster than XP. But install Windows 7 only if your system has quite a decent amount of physical memory(RAM) otherwise it might feel slower.
