which stroller did you buy for you baby?

My baby is one month old now. i am planing to buy a stroller for her. i lived in second flour, so I want to buy a light weight and easy to fold one. living in a hot city, I also concer about a bit canopy in the stroller that should be used till my baby is 5 years old. of course, it should be durable, washable and easy to stroll.
So my dear friend, which stroller do you recomment?

welcome to the wonderful world of mylot. my son is four years old already and ye we still put him in his stroller when we need to go out. sometimes he does not want to sit down there anymore but we still bring it in case he feels sleepy. it is not easy to carry a child around. we bought a graco stroller that he used from day one. it is quite heavy but very durable. he is also comortable inside when he is sleeping. the light weight ones are not durable.... plus the wheels are easy to break specially when the child is getting heavy as te child grows. buy something expensive and durable so you will buy only once. if you buy the light ones i am sure you will buy one again for it will easily break. just my advice

i am form the philippines and i think you are from US. the price are not the same here from where are you. graco is one of the expensive brands here in the philippines if i will multiply the peso and exchange it to dollars the graco here cost around 200-250 dollars. it was very expensive for us but it was worth. we bought the usual style. thee one with four wheels 2 in front 2 at the back. it has also big basket to carry a lot of things that sometimes we put the goodies we bought at the market.

I purchased the Graco quattro travel system, I absolutely love it. I have had one for both my kids and it is very durable. It has the one hand fold down larger wheels that maneuvers even in grass, and definitely grows with your child. My son just turned two and we use it all the time. I live in Miami where it is very hot and it has a large canopy for shade. Dont forget the large basket underneath and two cup holders on it and two on the tray in front! can you tell I love love love this stroller! :) Its about 250- 275 usd but a stroller is an investment. So think about quality and the longevity.
