Hurray! We found a tenant!

I posted a few discussions ago that my parents were getting discouraged at not finding a suitable tenant.
Thereafter, there were a few more interested parties who came by to view, and finally, yesterday evening, the person who viewed, agreed to take the room, less than an hour after he left the apartment!
So our rental woes have been solved!
This person seems like a nice chap as well, has a professional job, has relatives living in the same neighbourhood (but I'm assuming they have filled up all their rooms and he can afford renting so he is not imposing on them) and is a father to be!
So let's hope this year long tenancy works out well!
Have you had any good news in the past 24 hours?

That's good news for u, in the new year!! hehe ^_^
At least the empty room in the house, wont be left alone now.. haha =D PLus, with his relatives and all staying nearby, who knows u might get to know a few more good neighbours?? hehe ^_^
THe best good news i have got, is getting a new job now.. haha =D Hopefully that can last, and interest me, in the days to come.. lol =D
